Feng Zhang

Feng Zhang is currently an M&A Tax Manager at EY China, where they provide expertise in transaction tax advisory and M&A tax services. Feng previously served as an M&A Tax Senior Accountant, focusing on China inbound and outbound tax, and conducted SPA reviews and tax due diligence. They began their career as a US Tax Staff Accountant at EY, where they specialized in international tax and transaction services. Feng also gained experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, and they hold both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting.
