Fernando Alfaro

Fernando Alfaro is an experienced project manager and technology manager with a strong background in software quality engineering and investment evaluation. Starting as a co-founder at FX Investments, Fernando specialized in risk management and trading within financial markets. At Babel Software, responsibilities included aiding international business expansion and project management using both traditional and agile methodologies. Fernando has continued to excel in project management roles at various companies, including EY, Havas Magma, and Hangar, where leadership was demonstrated in developing teams and implementing agile processes. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Project Management from Universidad para la Colaboración Internacional and a Bachelor's in Systems from Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica, along with specialized training in Agile Methodologies.
