Fiona Kaufmann

Fiona Kaufmann is currently the Associate Director at the Center for Board Matters at EY, a role in which they support various boards with effectiveness assessments, regulatory insights, and advisory services. They previously worked as an Assistant Director at EY from 2019 to 2023 and have held various positions within corporate governance, including Manager and Assistant Manager. Fiona also served as the Board Evaluations Manager at Genius Methods, working with FTSE 350 companies on board evaluations and completing a Master of Research in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics during that time. Earlier in their career, Fiona was the European Region Officer for the United Network of Young Peacebuilders, where they managed communications and resources for member organizations.
