Flavia Hirsch

Flavia Hirsch graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration from the Universidade Luterana do Brasil in December 2020. They have worked in management since 2016, initially as a minor apprentice at Cinemark Brasil and later advancing to roles including Administrative Manager, where they oversaw personnel management, recruitment processes, and employee training. Currently, Flavia is an Audit Assistant at EY, building on their extensive experience in operational management and personnel administration. In addition to their undergraduate studies, they completed an MBA in Business Management at Universidade La Salle in 2022.
