Fleur Bothwick

Fleur Bothwick, OBE, is a prominent thought leader and speaker in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). With over 13 years of experience, they currently serve as the EMEIA Director of Diversity and Inclusive Leadership at EY, where they develop and implement integrated diversity strategies across 99 countries. Fleur co-authored the book *Inclusive Leadership* in 2016, which presents a framework for organizations to advance their DE&I journeys. They have also held significant roles at Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, and Bankers Trust, and were the Chair of the Board of Trustees at NAS Academies Trust until 2023. Fleur holds a Master's in Strategic HR Management from South Bank University and was honored with an OBE in 2013 for their contributions to workplace diversity.
