Florian Wörle

Florian Wörle is a Manager at EY-Parthenon, specializing in Strategy and Transactions with a focus on technical valuation and strategic business planning in the M&A context. Prior to this role, Florian worked as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, contributing to valuation, modeling, and economics, and previously held positions as an intern and consultant in corporate finance. Florian has also served as a research assistant at the Chair of Finance and Banking Management at Universität Bayreuth.
