Francis Pena

Francis Pena is currently an Associate Director at EY, having previously served as an Assistant Director within the same firm from 2018 to 2024. With extensive experience in accounting, finance, internal control, and management consultancy, Francis held various roles, including Financial Reporting Manager at Regus from 2015 to 2018 and Business Controller at Regus Business Center Philippines B.V. from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Francis worked as a Legal Vehicle Controller at Deutsche Bank and began their career as an Audit In-Charge at P&A Grant Thornton from 2006 to 2009. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from San Beda College and an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
