Frank Giampietro

Frank Giampietro has over two decades of experience in human resources and advisory roles across various esteemed organizations. They served as the Director of HR Planning & Operations at Astra Merck and AstraZeneca early in their career, later holding leadership positions at Korn Ferry Hay Group and Korn Ferry Advisory. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Managing Director of Group Exchanges at Willis Towers Watson and briefly the Americas Chief Wellbeing Officer at EY in 2021. Currently, Frank serves on the Board of Directors for the Business Group on Health while also leading People Advisory Services in the East Region. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University in 1994.
