Frank Lee

Frank Lee is a Partner/Principal at EY with over 30 years of experience in large-scale business transformation, change management, and strategic planning. They have led significant change initiatives across both public and private sectors, managing a business portfolio valued at over $150M at Booz Allen Hamilton. Frank has taught the Change Management Advanced Practitioner course at Georgetown University and holds an MBA from Virginia Polytechnic and State University, along with a B.A. from Roanoke College. They are also actively involved on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Innovation Professionals and hold multiple professional certifications in project management and organizational change.
