Franny Wang

Franny Wang is a Principal in the National Tax practice at EY, serving in this role since October 2012. Prior to joining EY, Franny worked as a Senior Manager in National Tax at Deloitte Tax LLP from February 2010 to October 2012 and as a Tax Associate at Cooley LLP from September 2005 to February 2010. Franny holds an LL.M. and J.D. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, earned between August 2001 and May 2005, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained from August 1997 to May 2001.
