Fred Clifford

Fred Clifford is a retired partner at Ernst & Young, where they accumulated many years of progressive experience in accounting and finance within both public and private sectors. They currently serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee at Lakefront Utilities and hold leadership positions at the Fleming Institute and Town of Cobourg Holdings. Additionally, Fred is a retired Chairman at Fleming College and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Lakehead University.
