Frédéric Huynh

Frédéric Huynh is the HR Enablement and Total Reward Leader for EY in France, responsible for deploying HR projects and managing core HR processes and Total Rewards. They previously served in various roles within EY, including Head of Recruitment and IT Advisory Senior Manager, showcasing a strong background in recruitment, employer branding, and IT advisory services. Prior to EY, Frédéric held positions at Arthur Andersen and CLUSIF, focusing on IS/IT security and auditing. Frédéric holds advanced degrees in Information Systems from Université Pierre et Marie Curie and Network and Information Systems Security from Télécom Paris.
