Gabriel (Gabe) Rodriguez, Jr. is a strategic global finance leader with nearly 30 years of Big 4 experience, specializing in controllership, FP&A, M&A, and risk and compliance. Gabe led finance functions as the Assistant Controller for EY’s U.S. business, overseeing a team of over 50 professionals and directing finance integration for numerous acquisitions. Gabe's technical expertise spans US GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance, driving operational excellence and process optimization. Currently enrolled in the Harvard Leadership Program, Gabe is also a dedicated mentor with ALPFA, supporting emerging Latino professionals. Outside of work, Gabe is a passionate baseball fan and sports enthusiast.
