Gareth Griffiths

Gareth Griffiths is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology due diligence and operational transaction services, currently serving as a Partner at EY since March 2014. With a focus on Health & Life Sciences and Private Equity, Gareth advises clients on complex separation, integration, and value creation matters. Prior to this role, Gareth held positions at EY as Associate Partner and Director in Operational Transaction Services and worked at FTI Consulting as Chief IT Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer. Earlier career experiences include leading IT at Mouchel Group and serving as Senior Manager at Accenture, following an initial role as a Field Engineer at Atlas Wireline Services. Gareth holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors and a degree from the University of Bristol.
