Gary Winch

Gary Winch is a Managing Director at Ernst & Young, leading the Cyber practice for the Army Account. With over 25 years of experience, they have a proven track record in revenue growth, partner relationships, and leadership development. Gary is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), having managed major projects in acquisition program management, systems integration, and IT assessments. They retired as a Colonel from the Army Reserves, where they commanded a unit at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and have deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan as Chief of Information Operations. Gary holds an MBA from Auburn University and a BS in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
