Gavin Edwards

Gavin Edwards is a Partner at EY, leading the UKI Sell & Separate practice within the Strategy and Transactions team. Currently, they focus on delivering successful outcomes for clients in complex global mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the Life Sciences and Consumer Products sectors. Gavin's expertise includes due diligence and post-deal integration and separation of operations and technology. They have previously held positions as Managing Consultant at Valoris, IT Director for EMEA and APAC at STERIS Corp, and Head of IS: Business Systems at Cancer Research UK. Gavin holds a BA (Hons) in Finance from the University of Portsmouth and an MBA in Information Technology and Management from City, University of London.
