Gayan Sameera

Gayan Sameera is an experienced accounting tutor and professional with a strong background in audit and business consulting. Since November 2022, Gayan has been self-employed as a G.C.E. Advanced Level Accounting Tutor, providing individual classes and student coaching. Gayan's involvement with AIESEC in Sri Lanka includes various roles such as Organizing Committee Vice President for SheRise and multiple managerial positions focusing on logistics and volunteer management. Gayan served as an Executive Board Member for the Accounting & Financial Management Association, leading initiatives in training and international relationships. Background in audit expertise includes experience as an Audit Trainee and Business Risk Associate at EY, conducting internal audits and reporting findings to management. Gayan is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting and Business/Management at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, following a progressive educational path that includes being a passed finalist at AAT Sri Lanka and achieving top academic results during prior schooling.
