Gen Fields

Gen Fields is a seasoned technologist and consulting partner with a 30-year career in technology, specializing in government and consulting. Previously, they held various leadership roles within the Australian Government, including director positions focused on ICT governance, architecture, and emerging technologies. Gen also contributed to academia as a Timetabling Systems Manager at Griffith University, where they published Australia's first online university timetable. Currently, they serve as a Partner in Technology Consulting at EY while pursuing advanced management degrees at CQUniversity. Notably, Gen has received accolades for their contributions to women in computing and innovation within the field.
