Geoff Baldwin

Geoff Baldwin is an experienced professional in the economics and financing of low carbon technologies within the infrastructure field. Currently, they serve as the Head of Corporate Finance at Transport for London, focusing on financing the next generation of transport infrastructure. Geoff has previously held significant roles, including Deputy Director at HM Treasury, where they managed infrastructure policy and strategy, and they played a key role in establishing the National Infrastructure Commission. They also bring expertise from their time in both the government and private sector, with experience in areas such as public finance, venture capital, and economic regulatory frameworks. Geoff holds a PhD in the History of Political Thought from the University of Cambridge.
