Geoff Lloyd

Geoff Lloyd is an accredited mediator with experience spanning various leadership roles in finance and tax policy. Currently freelancing, they previously served as Head of EU Finance and Acting Europe Director at HM Treasury from 2001 to 2004. They worked as a Senior Adviser at OECD from 2008 to 2010 and held partner positions at EY in Tax Controversy and Risk Management until 2025. With a Master of Laws from BPP University and degrees in Musicology from the University of Cambridge, Geoff's diverse academic background complements their extensive career in tax and dispute resolution.
