Gerald Paul Datario is currently the ASEAN Design & Projects Leader at EY, where they leverage their extensive background in civil engineering and over ten years of project management experience to guide commercial real estate projects. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Manager at CBRE, overseeing various fit-out projects while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. Gerald began their career as a Junior Construction Manager at JCL International and has held multiple project management roles at Cuervo Associates and Cushman & Wakefield. They hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines and are certified in Construction Occupational Safety and Health by the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment.
