Gianni Perez, MS, is a Cyber Threat Senior Analyst and Threat Hunter at EY since August 2020, with additional experience as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Central Florida. Previously, Gianni served as a contributing writer for SecurityTrails and Gigasheet and held the position of Security Analyst in the Security Advisory & Integrity Division at IBM from September 2017 to August 2020. Gianni's career began as a Network Administrator at Physicians Development Program and included a role as SOC Manager at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where advanced analysis of network data was performed. Gianni's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Management of Information Systems with a concentration in Information Security from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Geology, and Computer Science and Networking from Florida International University.
