Gil Rafaeli

Gil Rafaeli is an experienced project manager and data analytics leader with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of business, data, and technology. They have worked for leading insurance companies, including Clal Insurance and Migdal Group, where they delivered enterprise-scale solutions in compliance, analytics, and automation. Currently, Gil serves as a Senior Manager at EY, while also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from The Hebrew University. Their academic background includes a Master’s degree in Planetary Sciences, earned with magna cum laude honors from Tel Aviv University.
