Govind K. is an accomplished Architect, Town Planner, and GIS Professional with a strong background in urban, regional, and infrastructure planning. They have worked with significant organizations, including the National Highways Authority of India and the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, contributing to major development projects, such as the Development Plan for the Patna Metropolitan Region. They earned a Master’s degree in Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the National Institute of Technology, Patna.
