Grace Mulinge

Grace Mulinge is a seasoned legal and tax advisor currently leading the Pan Africa Tax Desk in London, where they support multinational groups with tax due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and transfer pricing, among other areas. With over 17 years of experience, Grace has held significant roles at EY and has contributed to notable tax initiatives, including the World Bank Doing Business Report. They are an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a certified public accountant, with a strong background in tax advisory and compliance across various sectors. Grace's education includes a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi and a CPA from Strathmore University.
