Grace Vasanthi has over a decade of diverse experience in project management and payroll systems. At EY, serving as Assistant Manager since February 2023, Grace leads client payroll setups, overseeing data migration and project implementation while coordinating with global partners and managing project communication to ensure timely delivery. Previous roles include Senior Analyst and Project Manager at ADP, where responsibilities encompassed leading payroll setups, organizing meetings for project status reviews, and ensuring accurate process documentation. Earlier experience as a Senior Process Associate at Tata Consultancy Services and Assistant Professor at BITM further complements a strong background in management.
