Greg McKay has extensive experience in public service and child welfare, beginning as a police officer with the Phoenix Police Department from 1995 to 2015, where Greg served in the Patrol Division and as a field training officer. McKay held leadership roles at the Arizona Department of Child Safety, including Chief of the Office of Child Welfare Investigations and later as Director, after being appointed by Governor Douglas A. Ducey. In the private sector, McKay served as Director/Industry Leader for Worldwide Public Sector Health and Human Services at Microsoft and recently transitioned to the role of Government Executive Leader at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services. Additionally, McKay is the CEO of A Found Future Inc., a nonprofit aimed at supporting young individuals in foster care, and previously worked as Chief Operating Officer at Childhelp®, a nonprofit dedicated to child protection.
