Grigor Grigoryan is a seasoned commercial lawyer with over 12 years of experience in contract negotiation, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution. They have held significant positions, including Senior Manager in the Law Practice at EY Armenia and Head of Legal at AAB Construction. Grigor is also an experienced arbitrator at the Arbitration Institution at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Armenia and the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia. They earned a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Laws, and a PhD in Law from Russian-Armenian University.
