Hadar Harel

Hadar Harel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in guidance counseling, research assistance, and assurance services. Harel served as a Guidance Counselor at the Israel Defense Forces from November 2010 to November 2012, supporting high school students in their academic pursuits. Following military service, Harel worked as a Research Assistant at Tel Aviv University from February 2016 to March 2017, engaging in data research and analysis. Most recently, Harel held various roles at EY from August 2018 to September 2023, including Assurance Associate in the Hi-Tech Practice, specializing in auditing compliance with US-GAAP, IFRS, and Israeli accounting standards, as well as providing consultancy in people advisory services for expatriates. Harel holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, earned between 2014 and 2017.
