Halim Sarraf is a bilingual director of capital projects at EY, leveraging over twelve years of experience in project management and dispute resolution within the construction industry. Halim co-founded Construxant, providing advisory and dispute resolution services, and previously held key management roles at Tornado Group and the Financial Audit Authority. Holding a BEng in Civil Engineering, an MSc in Construction Management, an MBA in finance, and currently pursuing a master's in Construction Law, Halim is dedicated to enhancing service delivery and client relationships in capital projects. Their expertise includes planning and controls, forensic schedule analysis, contract management, and construction audits.
