Hannah O'Lear

Hannah O'Lear is currently the Assistant Director of Risk Management at EY, a role they began in 2025. Previously, they held positions as a Risk Consultant and Senior Risk Business Consultant at the same company. They also gained experience at Kennesaw State University, where they served as Head Lifeguard from 2017 to 2020, managing a team of lifeguards and establishing a swim lesson program. Hannah completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University in 2020.
