Hannah Rawlins has extensive experience in both the legal and consulting fields. From October 2013 to March 2015, Hannah served as Head of Research at Kain Knight Group. Following this role, Hannah worked at EY from April 2019 to July 2021, progressing from Consultant to Manager and eventually to Senior Consultant. Currently, since August 2022, Hannah holds the position of Senior Manager at EY. Additionally, Hannah has been a Magistrate at the Ministry of Justice UK since September 2020 and founded CADR, serving as Director from April 2015 to March 2017. Under Hannah's leadership, CADR focused on utilizing Alternative Dispute Resolution to address legal costs disputes efficiently, employing a panel of experts for effective solutions in the UK and internationally.
