Haruko U.

Haruko U. is an Assistant Director at EY, specializing in the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence (NCoE) in San Jose, CA, where they focus on innovation and process improvement. With a BA in Accounting and Pre-Law Humanities from Michigan State University, Haruko has extensive experience in account support and auditing. Previously, they managed the Assurance ASA population at EY and served as a U.S. Pavilion guide at the Aichi World Exposition. Haruko has also been involved with EY's recruitment and onboarding processes for various NCoE locations.
