Haughton Richards, FRM®, FMVA®, is a self-motivated financial services professional with extensive experience in investment strategy and management. They served as a Senior Investment Strategist at Barita Investments Limited, focusing on equity, fixed income, and alternative investments, before becoming an Investment Manager at Sygnus Group, where they co-managed an alternative investment platform. Currently, Haughton is a Manager in Strategy & Transactions at EY, overseeing M&A and capital advisory projects. They obtained a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from The University of the West Indies, Mona, following an education at Wolmer's Schools.
