Hayley V. is an Assistant Director in EY's Talent team, focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity within the recruitment process to create a better working world. Formerly the EY Unity Co-Chair, Hayley has received numerous accolades, including being featured on the Pride Power List in 2022 and 2023, winning the Role Model of the Year at the QSA in 2023, and receiving honors at the European Diversity Awards in 2023. Hayley has also held roles as a Senior Consultant in Internal Audit at Goodman Masson and as a Recruitment Consultant at Universe Technology. Currently, Hayley is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Falmouth University.
