Heather DeGrace

Heather DeGrace, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, beginning as a Program Assistant for the Career Development Office at Columbia University/Barnard College from August 2001 to May 2005. Following this role, Heather served as an HR Assistant at Winston & Strawn LLP from May 2005 to December 2006, and then as an HR Specialist at W.B. Mason Company Inc. from February 2007 to April 2008. Heather continued to advance in the field as an HR Generalist at Debevoise & Plimpton from July 2008 to September 2012, before taking on increasingly prominent roles at EY, including Assistant Director and later Associate Director of Human Resources from October 2012 to September 2017. Heather earned a B.S., magna cum laude, in Business/Marketing from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
