Heather Hoffman

Heather Hoffman has a diverse background in emergency management, beginning with a Congressional Internship at the U.S. House of Representatives in early 2013. Heather then transitioned to CalPERS, where roles included Emergency Management Analyst and later Manager of Emergency Management, responsible for recruiting, training, and coordinating emergency response teams. Following this, Heather served as the Director of Emergency Management at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, in August 2023, Heather held the position of Manager in Infrastructure, Cloud, and Service Resiliency at EY. Heather earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from San Jose State University between 2012 and 2014.
