Heather Taylor, FCA, FCPA, has a diverse career in public service and academia. Taylor served as a Lecturer at the University of Toronto from 2014 to 2018 and held the position of Assistant Deputy Minister and Chief Administrative Officer at Environment, Conservation and Parks from 2013 to 2018. Currently, Taylor is a Board Member of the Public Sector Accounting Board (PSAB) and the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB), while also advising the Sustainability Reference Group. Additional board memberships include Mohawk Medbuy Corporation (2021-2023) and the Toronto Investment Board (2018-2023). Taylor functioned as the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Toronto until June 2023 and now serves as a Partner in Climate Change & Sustainability Services at EY, starting in July 2023. Taylor's academic background includes a degree from the University of Waterloo.
