Hector Marcano

Hector Marcano, MST, has extensive experience in tax compliance and advisory roles across various esteemed firms. Starting as a Senior Tax Advisor at H&R Block from January 2014 to November 2016, Hector advanced to positions such as Tax Semi Senior at RSM Puerto Rico and then as a Senior Tax Specialist at UHY Del Valle & Nieves until February 2022. Hector furthered professional expertise as a Tax Staff and later a Tax Senior at EY from February 2022 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes the role of Tax Compliance Associate at BDO Puerto Rico/USVI from December 2016 to July 2019. Hector holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico-Cayey.
