Hector Munoz is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in financial services consulting and business transformation. Currently serving as Managing Director at Ernst & Young, Hector leads the US Financial Services Business Transformation practice, overseeing nearly 900 professionals while guiding organizations through strategic growth and operational excellence. Hector's past roles include notable positions such as IT Manager at Prudential Insurance and Director of IT at Eli Lilly & Co, along with military service as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. Educated at the University of Notre Dame and St. Mary-of-the-Woods College, Hector is also dedicated to mentoring emerging leaders and fostering diversity and inclusion within the industry.
