Heidi Grant

Heidi Grant is a seasoned social cognitive psychologist specializing in leadership, motivation, and performance. Currently, Heidi serves as the Director of Research & Development in Learning at EY - Americas and holds the position of Associate Director at the Motivation Science Center at Columbia University. With a PhD from Columbia University, Heidi has authored five bestselling books and contributed to numerous prestigious publications, including the Harvard Business Review and Forbes. Previously, Heidi has held various roles, including Chief Science Officer at the NeuroLeadership Institute and Assistant Professor of Psychology at Lehigh University. Her research focuses on behavior change and effective communication within organizations.
