Heidi Riddell

Heidi Riddell is an experienced leader at EY, currently serving as the Oceania Health & Human Services Sector Leader and the Oceania Risk Leader. With a focus on digital health enablement and system reform, they lead a trusted team to deliver transformative outcomes in the health sector. Before this, Riddell was the Asia Pacific Advisory Risk Leader, managing Risk Advisory practices across various regions. Their background includes roles as a physiotherapist and a Chartered Accountant, supplemented with degrees in Physiotherapy and Commerce from the University of Cape Town. Riddell has also served on the board for Bowel Cancer Australia since 2020.
