Helen Pratten is a retired Big 4 partner who dedicated over 20 years to transaction services, advising clients on major transactions. Helen became a partner at Arthur Andersen in 2000 and later worked with KPMG and EY in both San Francisco and London. Helen gained valuable senior-level experience outside of practice by serving on the Executive of a US public company before its 2017 takeover and working with a real estate private equity investor. Currently, Helen is taking time to travel, focus on family, and consider future opportunities while reflecting on a fulfilling career.
