Hillol Roy is a seasoned wireless executive with extensive experience in advanced product planning, business strategy, and deployment initiatives for both emerging and established operators globally. As a partner at IBB, they advise C-suite executives on technology-based retention and growth strategies, leveraging their expertise in Wi-Fi, LTE-A, and small cells. Hillol has a proven track record, having designed the largest multi-operator Wi-Fi roaming service in the world and guided numerous operators on spectrum acquisition strategies. They hold an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Telecommunications from the Indian Institute of Technology. Currently, Hillol serves as a TMT Partner at EY.
