Holly McGhee is a globally experienced leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness (DEI), currently directing EY’s Asia-Pacific DEI strategy across 25+ countries. With over a decade of expertise, Holly has shaped inclusive cultures and driven systemic change in various regions, including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia. Holly holds a Master’s in Sustainability from Hult International Business School and has published research on various DEI topics, earning multiple awards for innovative advocacy. Additionally, Holly serves as Secretary of Interbank Hong Kong’s LGBTQ+ network and is a founding board member of Pride in Tech.
