Hope Yates

Hope Yates is a Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services at EY, having progressed from a Staff Consultant role. They are currently a senior at The University of Arizona, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, with a minor in Business Administration. Previously, Hope served as the Senior Client Manager at Fraternity Management Group, overseeing student employees and enhancing communication strategies. In addition, they held a Human Resources Intern position at Future Beauty Brands. Outside of their studies and professional roles, Hope is active in leadership within Pi Beta Phi and serves as a Peer Mentor, focusing on supporting fellow students and volunteering, particularly with children in hospitals.
