Howard Veares

Howard Veares is a Tax Partner at EY in the London Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services team, specializing in tax reporting under IFRS and US GAAP for UK and US listed companies. Howard has extensive experience in auditing tax provisions and disclosures, as well as providing guidance for companies preparing to IPO. Prior to this role, Howard served as Tax Director at BDO LLP, focusing on corporate international tax services, and held positions at PwC, including Senior Manager in their M&A tax group. Howard earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The University of Birmingham.
