Hugo Lyon

Hugo Lyon has a diverse professional background, beginning as a Customer Assistant at Marks and Spencer from September 2016 to January 2018. A notable tenure at EY spanned from September 2021 to the present, with roles as an Associate conducting financial audits for Wealth and Asset Management clients, and currently as a Senior Associate in the Audit Innovation Team developing RPA tools for Fund Audits. Hugo also serves as an Army Reserve Officer in the British Army since October 2017, overseeing approximately 100 soldiers and leading training initiatives while establishing a rehabilitation unit that improved recovery times. Academic qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Physics from Durham University and ongoing Chartered Accountant studies through ICAS, following military training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
