Ian Marson

Ian Marson is an Equity Partner at EY, specializing in M&A activities within the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) business, particularly focused on Synergy and Value Creation assessments and transactions. With 24 years of experience in consulting at EY and Kearney, Marson has also served as a Board Director, leading strategic and corporate development at AutoTrader and LeasePlan. At AutoTrader, Marson orchestrated the transition from magazine publishing to digital platforms, while at LeasePlan, a shift towards electric vehicle delivery models was led. Marson holds a Master of Arts in Earth Sciences from the University of Oxford and is currently pursuing Business Administration and Management at Henley Business School.
