Ian Whelan

Ian Whelan is a Pricing Leader at EY, currently overseeing a team of Financial Management Associates while collaborating with service line finance to enhance the finance department's support of revenue growth and margin improvement. Previously, Ian held various roles at EY, including Senior Financial Management Associate and Financial Management Associate, where they focused on financial management, risk exposure, and the development of new associates. Ian also worked as a Budget Analyst and Financial Accountant at the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, where they contributed to financial reporting and budget policy development. Early in their career, Ian managed the Harbour Authority of Foxtrap, increasing revenue over four consecutive years, and served as a Financial Security Advisor at London Life. Ian earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Financial Management Services from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
